This award winning Villa is designed to represent wide open spaces allowing air to flow naturally. Open block walls provide privacy whilst allowing the breeze to flow. The indigenous Teka and Guanacaste trees provide natural, cooling shade.

Teka house is at one with nature, designed using natural elements of wood and concrete. While bringing together two contrasting elements; luxury and nature. The house is designed to preserve and be at one with the trees and the natural surrounds.
